Entries now open for national Proptech Awards 2024
Proptech Association Australia has announced that entries are now open for the national Proptech Awards 2024.
Presented by Proptech Association Australia, the annual awards will celebrate the extraordinary innovation, solutions and achievement occurring across the dynamic property technology sector.
Proptech Association Australia founder and president Kylie Davis said 35 awards would be presented this year, reflecting the growth and acceleration of the industry.
“There are now three key sections to the Awards,” Kylie said.
“Our traditional awards that run across Startup, Scaleup and Established Suppliers are now identified as Divisional Awards and recognise the longer-standing areas of proptech, while our Open Awards are taking their cue from new and exciting innovative sub-sectors that are growing rapidly based on market or client demand.”
“The third section is the Major Awards which include the Best of the Best awards, Residential and Commercial Proptechs of the Year and the hotly contested Proptech Leader of the Year awards.”
Now in their fourth year, the Proptech Awards are recognised game-changers for both finalists and winners, shining the light on their groundbreaking solutions, creating powerful proof points for marketing and sales initiatives and providing an important confidence boost for the creators and innovators.
“The awards are a pivotal part of the Proptech Association’s commitment to supporting, celebrating, connecting and advocating for the proptech industry.
“The Proptech Awards are more than just the opportunity to win a trophy,” Kylie said. “They are a highlight in the proptech calendar where we come together as a community and celebrate each others’ successes, and consider how far the industry has come over the past 12 months.”
Award winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Sydney on Thursday, July 25, at the Fullerton Hotel. Event ticketing details will be announced shortly.

Awards entry is free to Proptech Association Australia members and you must be a financial member to qualify. The categories are:
