MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Membership of the Proptech Association Australia is open only to technology businesses that service the property, real estate or construction industries. If you are a business that delivers services or products to tech businesses, you qualify as an Associate.

Startup Proptech

Startup proptechs are usually operating for less than five years and may be working on an MVP or have developed a product, and are in the process of winning their first customers or starting to attract clients. The cost to join the Proptech Association as a Scaleup Proptech is $450+GST for 12 months from time of sign up. You will receive an invoice once your membership has been approved.

Scaleup Proptech

Scaleup proptechs have been operating continuously in the proptech sector for five to ten years. They have a viable product and are rapidly scaling their business and technology. The cost to join the Proptech Association as a Scaleup Proptech is $450+GST for 12 months from the time of sign-up. You will receive an invoice once your membership has been approved.

Established Supplier Proptech

Established proptech supplier members are established technology businesses that have been working in the property or real estate space for more than 10 years. They are major corporations with well-known technology that has achieved significant market share. The cost to join the Proptech Association as an Established Supplier is $900+GST for 12 months from time of sign up. You will receive an invoice once your membership has been approved.

Associate

Associates are businesses that are part of the proptech ecosystem and who value being associated with the innovation coming out of the proptech community, and have a for-profit incentive of being part of the association. Associates include real estate agencies or corporations, proptech investment companies, event businesses or professional service providers offering products and services to our members. The cost to join the Proptech Association as an Associate is $1200+GST for 12 months from time of sign-up. You will receive an invoice once your membership has been approved.

Individual

Our individual-level membership is open to students, pre-startup founders and individuals who subscribe to the values of the association. You may also be an individual within a large corporate who is starting to explore how to connect your employer with the proptech community. The cost of individual membership is $250 +GST
