The Real Estate Institute of WA has invested in conveyancing startup Realtime Conveyancer to support its vision to make buying and selling easier.
Realtime Conveyancer, started by conveyancing experts and former Pexa employees Kylie Dillon and Mike Price, is an end-to-end transaction management system that streamlines the conveyancing process and connects all parties involved to create an easier and faster settlement.
CEO Kylie Dillon said REIWA’s contribution to the initial round of funding would allow Realtime to bridge the gap between the sales journey and conveyancing journey, significantly improving the experience for conveyancers, agents and most importantly, buyers and sellers. The platform will be officially launched this month in WA.
“REIWA’s vision to make the selling, leasing and buying of property as simple as possible aligns perfectly with Realtime Conveyancer’s values,” Kylie said.
“This partnership represents a huge vote of confidence in the Realtime Conveyancer platform and the value that it can deliver to conveyancers and their clients.”
Research shows 64% of consumers are frustrated that the conveyancing process lacks transparency and settlement takes too long. This partnership will improve engagement and the overall experience for all parties through streamlined workflow and collaborative communication channels.
REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said the ability for real estate agents to track the settlement process, in real-time, was a big win.
“REIWA has invested in Realtime Conveyancer as it sees significant upside and efficiencies in processes for both conveyancers and real estate agents,” Mr Pozzi said.
“The integration with important real estate service providers will significantly enhance efficiencies within the conveyancing and real estate industries.”
The Realtime Conveyancer platform will be available to market later this month, with interested firms able to register for demonstrations via the website.
