Tonight at a gala dinner in the Ballroom at Ashurst Sydney, Proptech Association Australia has announced the winners of the inaugural 2021 Proptech Awards.

Over 150 people have joined nationally, in Sydney and satellite locations, to congratulate the winners of 15 category trophies, 3 best of the best trophies, and 3 special prizes.

The event was livestreamed via Property TV with satellite events hosted at River City Labs in Brisbane and PropTech Hub WA in Perth.

The planned satellite event at Stone & Chalk in Melbourne was cancelled earlier today.

“We are so pleased and proud to be celebrating this evening!  It’s been a massive team effort involving our Board, our members, foundation supporters, event sponsors and of course all the entrants and judges.  We are particularly grateful for the support of Ashurst,” said Kylie Davis, Founder & President of Proptech Association Australia.

“The judges have commented that the winners solve for clearly identified problems using technology that clients trust and like using,” continued Ms Davis.

Ashurst Partner, Corporate Transactions, Stuart Dullard said:  “Ashurst is delighted to be sponsoring the first dedicated, national awards for Australia’s proptech sector, in partnership with Proptech Association Australia.  It’s been our pleasure to host the gala dinner in our Sydney Ballroom this evening.  Congratulations to all the winners!”

The Proptech Awards are organised across three main categories – Start-Ups, Scale-Ups and Established Suppliers – within which there are individual awards for different business solutions. This means that proptech ventures are judged against their peers in terms of company size and maturity by a panel of expert judges from across the real estate industry.

Proptech Association Australia is the member-based organisation working to grow Australia’s emerging proptech industry and accelerate the adoption of technology at all stages of the real estate value chain.
