New Focus on Rental Reform
This year’s survey includes new questions about the current rental reform agenda and its impact on investors’ actions and future plans. The survey also explores buying and selling activity and intentions.
PIPA’s annual survey has become an essential resource for media, policymakers, and researchers. This year, PIPA is also assisting the Australian Centre for Housing Research with academic research on short-term rental accommodation.
